NLSDays exhibition packages are proposed in 6sqm and 9sqm options. For larger packages just multiply/combine packages or ask for a personalized estimate. The basic offering includes:

• Floor space, partition walls, booth carpet , daily janitorial, 1kW power supply, free Internet WiFi access, selected furniture package and lights, 24h roaming security, and Zuant lite package lead retrieval licence (order submission is required for setup)

• 6sqm and 9sqm packages are including 2 passes with full access to our partnering platform, partneringONE

• Svenska Mässan exhibition and congress insurance

• Opportunity to schedule partnering meetings at your booth

• Organization name listed on the website (exhibitor section)

Svenska Mässan Exhibition and Congress Insurance

The Swedish Exhibition Centre has, in consultation with IF, come up with a special policy for exhibitors. It is the most straightforward and most advantageous policy for exhibitors on the market.

• This policy covers all the normal requirements of an exhibitor. Includes third-party liability insurance, an obligatory item for every exhibitor. Exhibitor’s goods fully insured during transport to/from the exhibition, including loading/unloading. Goods fully insured at the Swedish Exhibition Centre in connection with exhibition, including unpacking and packing. The insurance policy is valid for exhibitors, registered co-exhibitors and companies represented on the stand.

• This insurance policy is obligatory for everyone who exhibits at the Swedish Exhibition Centre.

Additional Combinations

Should you wish to have a larger stand, you can combine/multiply packages or can ask for a specific quotation for the following configurations as example:

• 12sqm (6m x 2m)

• 18sqm (6m x 3m or 9m x 2m)

• 27sqm (9m 3m)

• We can also offer additional options such as additional delegate passes, company presentation slot, and sponsorship opportunities
