Ticket and Registration
What is included in the delegate ticket?

All delegate passes include access to all sessions and workshops, the exhibition area and networking events, partnering via the PartneringONE system, lunch and coffee breaks.

What are the payment options?

Master Card, Visa and AMEX (online credit card payments):

Registrants will receive their final invoice over email right after their registration payment is completed.

Trustly (online bank transfer payment):

Registrants will receive their final invoice over email right after their registration payment is completed.

Regular Bank Transfer:

Registrants will receive a proforma invoice including our bank details shortly after their registration. To guarantee the rate applied while registering, the invoice must be paid by the 2 next weeks upon proforma reception. Final invoice will be automatically sent over email after payment completion.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

I am not able to go, can my colleague replace me?

Please fill out this FORM. We will validate and confirm your replacement as soon as possible (within 48 hours).

Why do you charge VAT?

Individual registrations are subject to Swedish VAT in accordance with Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive. This applies to all delegate registration passes, regardless of the location of your company.

Claiming back your VAT

You can reclaim VAT by contacting your local tax authorities. We are happy to provide invoices to support your claim.

Venue and Travel
Where will NLSDays 2025 be held?

Nordic Life Science Days 2025 will be held for the first time in Gothenburg, Sweden on 13-14 October at Svenska Mässan, located at Mässans Gata/Korsvägen, 412 94 Göteborg – Tel. +46 31 708 80 72.

Svenska Mässan’s central location puts it within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, and theatres.

Where do I book my accommodation?

Gothia Towers & the Upper House are the official NLSDays 2025 hotel. Gothia Towers is a four-star hotel in central Gothenburg and one of Europe’s largest with 1200 rooms. The hotel is located in three towers: Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3. They are 75, 82 and 100 meters high respectively. The top six floors of Tower 2 are a five-star part of the hotel called the Upper House. Reserve your room HERE

I need a visa invitation letter.

Only registered delegates can request a visa invitation letter. Once registered please contact nlsdays.sales@swedenbio.se with your details – Dates of arrival and departure, Nationality, Date of Birth, Passport Number and Passport Expiry Date

How to become a speaker at NLSDays?

Speakers for our supersessions are hand-picked by our program committee.

However, if you’d like to increase your company’s visibility, you can register for a company presentation when you sign up for NLSDays. These slots are very popular and tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking yours well in advance.
