Exhibitors Setup and Pre-Registration
Badge Collection at Registration Kiosks
You can quickly print your badge at the self-service registration kiosks located in the Svenska Mässan entrance hall.
Please ensure your registration is validated and fully paid before proceeding.
Kiosk Instructions:
- Locate a Registration Kiosk: You’ll find these clearly marked throughout the registration area.
- Scan Your QR Code: Open the registration confirmation email on your phone or bring a printed copy. Hold the QR code up to the kiosk’s scanner.
- Badge Printing: Once the QR code is successfully scanned, your badge will automatically print.
- Collect Your Badge: Take your printed badge and lanyard from the kiosk.
If you encounter any issues, our friendly registration staff will be happy to assist you.
Registration Desk Hours:
- Sunday, October 12: 14:00 – 18:00
- Monday, October 13: 07:00 – 18:00
- Tuesday, October 14: 07:00 – 16:00
Important:
Once you have collected your badge at the registration desk, we will not be able to reprint it onsite. Please ensure you don’t forget it at home or in your hotel room!
Kindly remember that your name badge is strictly personal and must be worn throughout the conference. Please refrain from giving or sharing it with anyone, even a colleague.
